Mini Fudge Cake

This recipe is so simple and delicious! I love that it doesn't use condensed milk, gelatin, or require a stove top!

  • 4 tablespoons chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons of milk (I used almond)
  • Optional toppings

Melt the chocolate chips until they are smooth. Add in the milk, and then freeze for about 20-30 minutes. I put mine in a muffin cup so it is easy to eat, but you can use a bowl.
